4. EU dispute resolution

The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025,and the obligation to link to it lapsed with it. We therefore do not provide a link to that platform.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

5. Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG,however,we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information,or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected;liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. We will remove such content immediately once we become aware of a corresponding infringement.

Our pages contain links to external websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore cannot accept any liability for that third-party content.
